Parking Registration - Grace Lutheran Church Spring 2025

Spring 2025 | Please complete each section of the form. All fields are required to complete your registration of a parking permit. Parking permits are for Spring 2025 semester. Parking permits are $390 for just the Spring 2025 semester -- which includes a non-refundable processing fee. Parking permits will be mailed to the address listed in the form, unless you indicate that you will pick up your permit. Any request for a refund must be made before the semester starts (January 13, 2024 Spring Semester) and will be evaluated on a case by case basis and refunds are not guaranteed.
