Parking Registration - Grace Lutheran Church Spring Semester 2021

Spring 2021 Parking | Please complete each section of the form. All fields are required to complete your registration of a parking permit. Parking permits are for the Spring 2021 semester only. Parking permits are $310 dollars each which includes a non-refundable $25 processing fee. Parking permits will be mailed by January 8th to the address listed in the form. Any request for a refund must be made before the semester starts (Jan. 19, 2021) and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
